Q: What materials do you use?
A: Stacks Jewelry is made with high-quality materials including gold-filled components, genuine gemstones and glass beads. Each piece is designed to be beautiful, durable, and made to last.

Q: Can I wear my jewelry in water?
A: To keep your Stacks jewelry looking its best, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or working out. While gold-filled materials are more water-resistant than plated, exposure to moisture can still affect shine and longevity over time.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Send your custom request to stacksmhk@gmail.com with quantity, inspo or style preferences, your desired due date, and budget.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 5-7 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity and material availability—we'll always keep you updated!

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the U.S. 

Q: Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
A: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns are only eligible for store credit.
